單閘極驅動控制的同步整流降壓轉換器

本發明之單閘極驅動控制的同步整流降壓轉換器係包括驅動電路、P型氮化鎵(p-GaN)電晶體開關模組以及電感,其中,該P型氮化鎵電晶體開關模組係以氮化鎵功率電晶體作為上側電晶體開關以及以PMOS功率電晶體作為下側電晶體開關,該上側電晶體開關之閘極以及該下側電晶體開關之閘極相互耦接並同時接收該驅動電路所提供之開關訊號,藉由控制上側電晶體開關以及下側電晶體開關之開啟與關閉,以避免上、下側電晶體開關同時啟動之問題。 The present invention is a synchronous buck converter using a single gate drive control, which includes a drive circuit、 a p-GaN transistor switch module and an inductance. A gallium nitride power transistor is used as the upper side transistor switch and a PMOS power transistor is used as the lower side transistor switch in the p-GaN transistor switch module. A gate of the upper transistor switch and a gate of the lower transistor switch are coupled to each other and a switching signal provided by the driving circuit is received by the upper and lower transistor switches at the same time. By controlling the on and off of the upper transistor switch and the lower transistor switch, the problem of simultaneous activation of the upper and lower transistor switches can be avoided.
