技術說明

本發明提出一個開關控制訊號產生方式，主要用於多相電壓源變頻器電路中，此電路可提供多相直流交流轉換、多相馬達驅動等應用，此策略延伸三相之空間向量脈波寬度調變器理論(SVPWM)，以等效平均電壓之概念產生切換控制訊號，此策略並不限制輸入訊號以及負載之形式，且於實現電路中，只需比較器與減法器，因此擴充方便，並不影響策略之複雜度。由於多相馬達之種種優點(提高馬達運作效率、減小轉動時之噪音、降低力矩變動量以及提升元件損壞時之運作效能)，其設計與驅動策略於近幾年來受到相當大的矚目。本發明為電力電子領域中，多相電壓源變頻器之控制提出一簡易之切換訊號產生策略，其不受限於輸入訊號以及負載之形式，對於任意相數之電壓源變頻器，皆可依據輸入訊號而同時產生系統中每一個開關之切換策略，使反應於負載之平均電壓等於輸入電壓。 The invention proposes a method of generating the control signals for switches in multiphase inverters. The method can be used for multiphase DC-AC inverter as well as power stage driver for multiphase motors. The strategy is extended from space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) which is used to control 3-phase voltage source inverter (VSI), i.e. switching signals are produced so that the mean output voltage of VSI equals reference input. There are no limitations about the reference signals and the load type. Further, only comparators and substractors are needed in the implementation circuit, yielding a simple and flexible architecture.
