熱交換器輔助裝置及其方法

本裝置可直接應用於現有氣冷(空氣對流)式熱交換設備的回風(進氣)口進行氣流與溫度分佈的調整以提升熱交換器的熱交換能力。現有的氣冷式熱交換器存在著氣流與溫度分佈不均的問題而使得熱交換器的有效熱傳面積下降導致熱交換效率降低。本裝置依據熱交換器回風風速或表面溫度分佈的差異去製作不同孔徑與分佈狀態的孔板來調整氣流分佈以提升氣冷式熱交換器的性能與能源使用效率。此外根據實驗結果發現,本裝置應用於窗型空調機可以提升冷氣能力之外,更可以大幅提昇除濕效率。 The device can be directly applied to the existing air-cooled (air convection) heat exchanger to adjust the air flow and temperature distribution on the return air side (intake) to enhance the heat exchange capacity of heat exchanger. Existing air-cooled heat exchangers have the problem of uneven air-flow and temperature that will reduce the effective heat transfer area, resulting in a decrease in heat exchange efficiency. The device is produced by the perforated plates with different pore size and distribution that according to the distribution differences for return air velocity or surface temperature of heat exchanger. The device can adjust the air flow distribution to enhance the performance of air-cooled heat exchanger and energy efficiency. In addition, the experimental results show that the device used in window-type air conditioner can enhance the cooling capacity, but also can greatly enhance the dehumidification efficiency.
