可調式光學濾波器以及可調式光學濾波器模組

一種可調式光學濾波器,具有光軸。輸入光從光軸的上游端往下游端行進,經過可調式光學濾波器後形成為輸出光。輸入光具有主頻率範圍與次頻率範圍,輸出光具有主頻率範圍。可調式光學濾波器包括:光學濾波元件及溫度控制組件。光學濾波元件具有:透鏡本體、第一鍍膜及第二鍍膜。第一鍍膜與第二鍍膜分別設置於透鏡本體之相對的第一表面與第二表面。透鏡本體的內部形成具有腔長的共振腔。溫度控制組件熱連接於光學濾波元件,用來控制光學濾波元件的溫度以調整腔長,進而選擇主頻率範圍。還提出具有該可調式光學濾波器的可調式光學濾波器模組。 A tunable optical filter is provided. An input light moves forward from an upstream end to a downstream end, passes through the tunable optical filter, and forms an output light. The input light has a main frequency range and a sub frequency range, and the output light has the main frequency range. The tunable optical filter includes an optical filtering element and a temperature controlling assembly. The optical filtering element has a lens, a first coating film and a second coating film. The first and second coating films are disposed on opposite first and second surfaces of the lens, respectively. A resonant cavity with a cavity length is formed inside the lens body. The temperature controlling assembly is thermally connected with the optical filtering element. The temperature controlling assembly controls the temperature of the optical filtering element so as to adjust the cavity length, and therefore, the main frequency range can be selected.
