技術說明

將酚類（phenols）、甲醛（formaldehyde）、一級胺（primary amine）加入反應瓶內，以適當之溫度及時間做迴流，可得到黃褐色之黏性benzoxazine 單體。本發明係有關於一種聚苯並唑類高聚物接枝矽氧烷之製造方法，本發明所合成之benzoxazine具有特殊官能基-矽氧烷（silane），此官能基極怕水氣，一遇水氣便會產生反應（水解縮合反應），經此反應便形成高分子，本發明於合成時添加除水劑或除水藥品，並使用三聚甲醛來取代甲醛水溶液，成功合成benzoxazine-silane之單體。 Benzoxazine monomer can be prepared with phenol, formaldehyde, and amine. This invention is to introduce a method of synthesis of benzoxazine monomer. This monomer has a special silane functional group. The silane group is afraid of water vapor. It will react and result in hydrolysis condensation reaction once the silane meeting water vapor. After that, it will form polymer. This invention used paraformaldehyde instead of formaldehyde , and added dehydrate agents during the synthesis. Then, the benzoxazine-silane monomer is successfully prepared.
