技術說明

一種平衡式升頻混頻器，包含：一負阻補償電路，用以根據一直流偏壓，產生並輸出第一及第二電流；一負載電路，用以接收該直流偏壓；及一混頻電路，用以接收該等第一與第二電流、一差動振盪電壓信號及一差動中頻電壓信號，並根據所接收的該等第一與第二電流，及該等差動振盪與差動中頻電壓信號，允許一流經該負載電路的差動射頻電流信號流入其中，該差動射頻電流信號具有一頻率，該頻率相關於該差動振盪電壓信號的頻率與該差動中頻電壓信號的頻率。該負載電路根據其本身之阻抗、該直流偏壓及該差動射頻電流信號輸出一差動射頻電壓信號。 A balanced upconversion mixer comprising: a negative resistance compensation circuit, according to a DC bias voltage to generate and output the first and second current; a load circuit for receiving the DC bias voltage; and a mixed frequency division circuit for receiving such first and second current, a differential and a differential voltage signal oscillating voltage intermediate frequency signal and an oscillation according to those of the first and second current received, and such differential and the differential voltage signal IF, which flows into the first class by allowing the differential RF current signal of the load circuit, the differential RF current signal having a frequency related to the oscillation frequency of differential voltage signal has a frequency in the differential voltage signal. According to the impedance of its own, and the DC bias current of the differential RF signal output to the load circuit of a differential RF voltage signals.
