技術說明

一種胺基喹唑啉衍生物，該胺基喹唑啉衍生物如式(I)所示。本發明的胺基喹唑啉衍生物，其對具有EGFR突變的非小細胞肺癌及K-RAS突變的非小細胞肺癌之癌細胞的毒殺效果較Erlotinib好，因而能有效用於治療非小細胞肺癌。 This invention relates to quinazolinamine derivatives as represented by formula (I). The quinazolinamine derivatives of this invention are more potent than Erlotinib for killing cancer cells of non-small cell lung cancer having K-RAS mutation or EGFR mutation. Therefore, the quinazolinamine derivatives of this invention are effective for treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.
