技術說明

本發明係提供一種膠粒溶凝膠技術製備氧化鋅錫奈米光觸媒及其方法，藉由控制前趨物之水解與縮聚合反應，可製備氧化鋅錫複合相光觸媒奈米粉體，並藉由調整水解與退火條件及摻雜金屬離子，可有效控制對偶氮染料之光降解效率；以此方法製得之奈米光觸媒粉體經近紫外光照射後，對偶氮染料具有高降解效率。本發明可應用於紡織染整業、皮革製造業與紙製品業之水污染防治技術，亦可應用於水質淨化、空氣淨化、除臭處理、殺菌處理、及產氫儲能產業。 This invention discloses a colloidal sol–gel technology and the method for the production of zinc tin oxide nanophotocatalysts. The photodegradation efficiency of azo dyes can be facile control via adjusting the hydrolysis and annealing conditions, and the doping of metal ions. The prepared nanophotocatalysts possess high photodegradation efficiency for the removal of azo dyes, under near UV-light irradiation. The invention can be applied to the water pollution prevention of the textile dyeing, finishing, leather manufacturing and paper product industries, and can also be applied to water purification, air purification, deodorization treatment, sterilization treatment and hydrogen storage energy storage industries.
