技術說明

本專利係提出新型的高升壓型電路，改良KY升壓型轉換器的新型高升壓型轉換器，相較於KY升壓型轉換器，此架構乃藉由耦合電感的觀念以彌補KY升壓型轉換器之電壓轉換比不足的缺點，同時耦合電感之漏感的能量可以被回收。相較於基於電荷幫浦電容之雙升壓電感轉換器，於原本的電路中額外加入一個倍壓電路及一組線圈，以提升電壓轉換比，並將三組線圈繞製於同一磁性元件上，如此一來將可減少整體電路的體積。除此之外，耦合電感之漏感能量皆能回收。 iIn this patent, a novel voltage-boosting converter is presented herein. As compared with the converter with two voltage-boosting inductors and one charge-pump capacitor, the proposed converter has one additional voltage doubler and one additional winding so as to enhance the voltage conversion ratio, and has three windings coupled together so as to reduce the size. In addition, the energy stored in the leakage inductance of the coupled inductor can also be recycled.
