技術說明

本發明提供一種以 TFT-LCD 廢玻璃取代水泥生料製造環保水泥的方法，其是在燒製成水泥熟料的水泥生料中以 TFT-LCD 廢玻璃取代部份矽質原料，更採用多種天然廢棄污泥取代不同成份的原料，生料再經由燒製成環保水泥熟料，最後再經由粗碎、混合石膏及研磨成為環保水泥，藉此能減少天然矽砂的開採使用，製造方法對環境非常和善，且又能達到資源再利用的環保功效。以石灰石污泥、淨水污泥、石材污泥、廢水玻璃砂、煤灰礦泥拌合料及TFT-LCD 廢玻璃來作為水泥之生料燒製TECO 系列(添加TFT-LCD 廢玻璃)，並利用高溫爐模擬水泥廠之旋窯燒製環保水泥熟料，再將環保水泥拌置成漿體，作為環保水泥水化特性及工程應用之參考數據。 This study investigated the feasibility of using limestone sludge, water purification sludge, stone sludge, water glass sand, iron-oxide sludge and TFT-LCD waste glass as raw material produced the eco-cement. The raw meal for the pre-determined recipes was prepared by heating it to 1400℃ for one hour in a clinkerization process, using a simulated incinerator and smelter. The results indicate that it indeed feasible to use sludge ash and TFT-LCD waste glass to replace of the mineral components of raw materials for eco-cement.
