技術說明

本發明係提出一種WiMAX系統用平面倒L型多頻單極天線，包含：一介質基板、一倒L型輻射金屬片及一背面L型寄生輻射金屬片。本天線可激發2.6 / 3.5 / 5.5 GHz三個WiMAX系統用操作模態，其頻寬分別為260 / 1050 / 2130 MHz，天線峰值增益與輻射效率分別為2.8 / 3.2 / 4.4 dBi and 68 / 70/ 95 %，且在XY- plane具有近似等方向性的輻射場型。 A novel planar inverted L-shaped monopole antenna with multi-band operation for IEEE 802.16e WiMAX system is proposed. With the use of L-shaped parasitic monopole strip, multi resonant modes close to 2.6 / 3.5 / 5.5 GHz band are excited to meet the specifications of WiMAX system (IEEE 802.16e). And, the obtained impedance bandwidth across the operating bands can reach about 260 / 1050 / 2130 MHz for the 2.6 / 3.5 / 5.5 GHz bands, respectively. The measured peak gains and radiation efficiencies are about 2.8 / 3.2 / 4.4 dBi and 68 / 70 / 95% for the 2.6 / 3.5 / 5.5 GHz band, respectively, with nearly omni-directional pattern in the XY-plane.
