我們提供一種用以抑制非核苷類端粒酶之醫藥組合物，且其係為一粉末、一顆粒、一液體、一膠體或一膏體，必可透過口服、經皮吸收、注射或吸入之方式進行傳輸。癌症之化合物及其製造方法，該抑制癌症之化合物為雜環融合蒽醌衍生物類衍生物的醫藥組合物，且該製造方法快速有效率，本化合物為一系列全新的化合物，在藥理活性試驗也確實具有治療癌症的功效，雜環融合蒽醌衍生物類衍生物及可接受之鹽與覆型劑為一新型治療癌症之醫藥組合物。 Anti-cancer compounds and manufacturing methods thereof and pharmaceutical composition using thereof are disclosed. The anti-cancer compounds are novel heterocyclic fused anthraquinone derivatives. The manufacturing method is convenient and efficient. The anti-cancer compounds of the present invention are compounds with whole new structure that can inhibit growth/proliferation of tumor cells through inhibiting telomerase activity or decreasing the length of telomere and also induce apoptosis. They are novel and potential anti-cancer agents.
