金屬燃料電池之動態陽極系統

本發明揭露一種金屬燃料電池之動態陽極系統,透過金屬顆粒做為金屬燃料電池之陽極,藉此增加陽極反應面積及放電效率,並充分利用該金屬燃料,而陰極端使用空氣中的氧氣為氧化劑,並不需要儲氣瓶便能達到催化效果,以提升反應效率,大量降低燃料電池製程成本。在動態陽極上,利用一循環式的電解液,配合一監控系統偵測該金屬燃料電池之電壓來判斷進料時機;此外,該金屬燃料電池內設有一金屬濾網集電網盒,藉此將無反應價值及過小的金屬顆粒透過該循環式電解液帶入一回收槽存放,並將還有反應價值的金屬顆粒留在電池內繼續反應,藉此提高金屬燃料的使用效率以及添加的便利性。 A dynamic anode system of metal fuel cell is disclosed, which utilize metal particles as the anode electrode to make fully use the metal fuel, so the anode electrode has a greater area for reaction and a higher discharge efficiency. The cathode utilize the oxygen in the air for its oxidant instead of the air flask, so the reacting efficiency is greatly improved and the production cost of the fuel cell is lowerer. In the dynamic anode, circulating fluid electrolyte is used to carry the metal particle through out the system. The system also disposes a monitor module, which can detect the voltage of the fuel cell to determine the feeding timing. In addition, a metal-grid current collector is installed in the fuel cell, so the smaller metal particles and the ones that are not able to react can be carried by the fluid electrolyte through the collector into the recycle tank.
