技術說明

本技術係有關於一種適用於積體電路晶片之多點溫度感測方法及其系統，係系統包括有至少一嵌設於模塊欲量測溫度處的從屬溫度感測器，以及一嵌設於積體電路晶片中並電性連接所有從屬溫度感測的主要溫度感測器，藉由主要溫度感測器校正從屬溫度感測器因製程－電壓－溫度變異所產生之變異量；藉此，可大幅地減少積體電路晶片中其溫度感測器所需要的面積並且提高溫控系統的穩定度，解決傳統系統整合晶片往往受限於溫度感測器的面積太大而無法大量使用溫度感測器的問題。 This technique relates to a method for sensing multi-point temperatures applied to integrated circuit chips and a system for the same. The system comprises at least in subordinate temperature sensor embedded in the block in which the temperature sill be measured and a main temperature sensor embedded in integrated circuit chip and electrically connected to the subordinate temperature sensor generated from the process-voltage-temperature variation can be corrected by the main temperature sensor. Accordingly, it can reduce the area required by the temperature sensor in the integrated circuit chip and improve the stability of the temperature control system significantly to solve the problem that a great number of temperature sensors can’t be used in the traditional system integrated chip due to the large area of the temperature sensor.
