技術說明

本發明之主要目的係提供一種具有生物相容性之微電漿產生方法，以產生低溫、可調控成分及低耗能的微電漿降低熱效應累積於皮膚造成損傷。為達上述目的，本發明係提供一種具有生物相容性之微電漿產生方法，該方法包含下列步驟：(A)提供一裝置，該裝置包含一第一氣體貯存單元、一第二氣體貯存單元、一微電漿產生單元以及一電源供應單元；(B)將貯存於該第一氣體貯存單元中的氦氣或氬氣通入該微電漿產生單元，於預定的時間內，藉由該第一氣體來激發微電漿至穩定狀態；(C)將貯存於該第二氣體貯存單元的氧氣或氮氣通入該微電漿產生單元，而產生微電漿激發物種。其產生的崩潰電壓小。以低功率及低崩潰電壓激發微電漿，而降低平均微電漿溫度。 The object of the present invention provides a method for producing a micro plasma with biocompatibility. The produced micro plasma is a plasma with low temperature, adjustable plasma composition, and low energy consumption. The method provides a device comprising a first storing gas unit, a second storing gas unit, a unit for producing the micro plasma, and a power supply unit.
