技術說明

本發明的主要目的在於提供一種具抗自由基功能的複方精油，其經實驗證實確實具有比市售複方精油為強之抗自由基能力與抗氧化能力。 為達成上述目的，本發明所提供之具抗自由基功能之複方精油主要包含有香茅醇(dl-Citronellol)、丁香酚(eugenol)、檸檬醛(cis/trans-Citral)、甲基丁香醚(Eugenol methyl ether)以及百里香酚(Thymol)成分。 在本發明所提供之複方精油中，係可包含有0.5~8 wt%之香茅醇、4.5~24.6 wt%之丁香酚、3.75~20 wt%之檸檬醛、0.15~12.5 wt%之甲基丁香醚與4.5~25.2 wt%之百里香酚。其中，香茅醇係可取自天竺葵精油，丁香酚係可取自肉桂精油，檸檬醛係可取自檸檬草精油，甲基丁香醚係可取自西印度月桂精油，百里香酚係可取自野馬鬱蘭精油。 由於本發明之複方精油所含的化學成分，皆為植物精油中具有極佳清除DPPH自由基能力、清除ABTS+自由基能力、螯合金屬離子能力與還原能力的化學成分，因此本發明之複方精油可展現出優異的抗自由基能力與抗氧化能力。 This study was to examine the in vitro antioxidant activities of commonly used essential oils and their major components. The oils and major components were subjected to screening for their possible antioxidant activity by measuring the DPPH radical scavenging ability, ABTS+‧ radical scavenging ability, metal chelating activity and reducing power. To achieve these objectives, the present invention is the compound with anti-free radical function main contains dl-Citronellol, eugenol, cis / trans-Citral, Eugenol methyl ether and Thymol components.
