本發明提出一種應用於多輸入多輸出通訊系統之雙向中繼傳輸之裝置。該通訊系統包括二個終端裝置及一個中繼裝置。該二個終端裝置可同時或分別向該中繼裝置發送訊號。該中繼裝置將同時自該二終端裝置接收之訊號加以模數處理,或將分別自該二終端裝置接收之訊號加以結合並加以模數處理,如此可使訊號點往星座圖之中心集中,之後再將模數處理後之訊號廣播出去,發送給該二終端裝置。如此可降低雙向中繼傳輸之高峰中繼傳輸功率以及平均中繼傳輸功率。一終端裝置可用模數處理來接收訊號。當該二終端裝置或其中之一分別向該中繼裝置發送訊號時,該中繼裝置亦可不將自該二終端裝置或其中之一接收之訊號結合與其他訊號結合,而逕將該二或該一訊號分別予以模數處理之後廣播出去,一終端裝置可用模數處理來接受訊號。 Provided is a two-way relay transmission technique applicable to a multi-input multi-output communication system. The system includes two terminals and a relay. The terminals can simultaneously or separately transmit signals to the relay, which performs a modulo operation to the signal simultaneously received from the two terminals or to a combined signal of the separately received signals. This concentrates signal points towards the center of the constellation. Then the relay broadcasts the modulo-processed signal to the two terminals. This can reduce the peak and average relay transmission powers. A terminal can use modulo operation to receive signal. When the two terminals or one of them transmits signal to the relay separately, the relay may also omit combining the two signals or the one signal with another signal. It may perform modulo operation on the two signals or on the one signal separately and broadcast the result, and a terminal can use modulo operation to receive signal.
