可即時估算踏頻之視訊裝置VIDEO DEVICE FOR REALTIME PEDALING FREQUENCY ESTIMATION

本案提出以影像處理的方式從影像序列中準確地分析騎乘者的踩板頻率,與傳統的踏頻計比較,只需要使用具有攝相機、微處理器以及有螢幕做顯示的裝置(例如智慧型手機),不需要額外加裝感應器,即可分析出騎乘者的踩板頻率。以裝置上的鏡頭捕捉騎乘者上半身的身影,在有騎乘者身影在內的影像序列中,以微處理器進行影像處理,捕捉騎乘者騎乘時身體呈現出的週期性擺動,此週期性擺動所呈現出的頻率意味著騎乘者騎乘時的腳踏頻率,最後將估算結果由螢幕顯示;由於是對於每一張圖像進行影像處理,故其在捕捉騎乘者騎乘時身體週期性的擺動上具有高精準度的結果,在不需要再安裝額外的感應器的條件下,可以精準地計算出騎乘者的踏頻。此項發明與傳統的踏頻計比較,可以同樣精確地量測騎乘者的踏頻,但本發明具有更高的便利性及其實用性。 We propose a new method to capture the cyclists’ pedaling frequency precisely by analyzing frame sequences using image processing technology; Compared with the traditional cadence meter, the only instruments we need to use are the devices which equipped with a camera, a microprocessor and a screen for display message; Namely, cyclists does not require to install additional inductor; Shooting cyclists’ upper body by the lens on the device, and doing image processing by microprocessor to capture the periodical movement of cyclists. After calculation, the results will display on the screen to inform cyclists. Due to it is doing image processing for every image, we can capture periodical movement of cyclists in high accuracy under the condition that do not install any additional inductor; Both of the traditional cadence meter and our invention can achieve the same accuracy in estimating cyclists’ pedaling frequency, but our invention is relatively convenient and practical.
