技術說明

本發明係關於一種檢測模組及其運作方法，尤指一種可快速篩檢乳癌的檢測模組及其運作方法。本發明係關於一種檢測模組及其運作方法，其係利用奈米級的氧化銥作為檢測膜片，氧化銥與不同濃度的過氧化氫接觸後，會因此被氧化或還原而產生正三價或正四價銥離子，因此產生電壓位移，故能透過偵測電壓的變化而判斷樣本中是否含有過氧化氫；由於樣本為血清與苯甲胺之混合物，因此當中血清中含有與乳癌相關的LOXL2酵素時，則其會與苯甲胺反應而生成過氧化氫，得作為檢測的媒介。 A detection module and a method for operating the same are revealed. A nano-scale iridium oxide membrane is used as a detection film. After being in contact with different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide, the iridium oxide membrane is oxidized or reduced to generate iridium (III) ions (Ir3+) or iridium (IV) ions (Ir4+). Thus a voltage shift is generated. Whether hydrogen peroxide is contained in the sample can be checked by detection of changes in the voltage. A sample is formed by mixing serum and benzylamine. When the serum in the sample contains LOXL2 enzyme associated with breast cancer, the LOXL2 enzyme reacts with benzylamine to get hydrogen peroxide which is used as a detection medium.
