技術說明

智慧化圖書館可以利用行動科技擴增導航介面協助兒童尋書，以激發兒童自主學習興趣。智慧化圖書館提供互動平台以納入群眾外包(crowd-sourcing)來充實圖書館內涵，以群眾感知(crowd-sensing)來讓讀者分享及互動管理圖書館藏。智慧化圖書館可蒐集數據(讚及對書籍之評價)而以群智(collective intelligence)方式來分析館藏及讀者、借閱資料。智慧化圖書館可推薦書籍給不同之讀者，而發展創新型態之智慧圖書館互動體驗。本計畫將結合上述理念開發智慧圖書館「尋書寶」APP。本計畫將調查我國各級公共圖書館使用「尋書寶」之意願及使用需求。對新北市圖書館自動化系統資料擷取分析及配合館方提供「尋書寶」之OPENAPI，進行大數據資料分析。建構新北市圖書館「尋書寶」應用環境、裝機及實測。對新北市圖書 館「尋書寶」之使用狀況分析並推廣上網及流量檢證。藉由將本團隊在國立公共資訊圖書館開發之技術轉移到不同圖書館，除配合目標圖書館特質以深化產學技術，檢討技術開發之模式及適配流程，以利後續打造分眾化與終身學習之虛實整合圖書館自我學習空間，及支援各級公共圖書館的兒童室成為數位學習資源中心。A smart library can use mobile technology with the navigation interface to assist children in finding books, as well as to stimulate children's interest in independent learning. A smart library provide an interactive platform to enrich library content by incorporating crowd-sourcing, and crowd-sensing concepts that readers add materials, share opinions, manage shelving, and interact with library collections. A smart library collect readers’ reflected data (likes and evaluations of books) and analyze collections, reader records and borrowed records in a collective intelligence manner. Thus, a smart library can recommend books to different readers, and allow its readers enjoy the innovative experience in this library. We develop the Library Book Finder APP for above purposes. Our research will investigate the willingness and needs for the APP- Library Book Finder by Taiwan public libraries. We shall extract automation system data from a projected library -New Taipei City Library which can supply data through an OPENAPI, and for big-data analysis. To prepare the application environment, installation and to measure performances of APP- Library Book Finder in library. To analyze of the use of Library Book Finder in the New Taipei City Library and the promotion of Internet access. By transferring the technology developed in NLPI to different libraries, the research group extend the production technology to match the characteristics of the projected library. The technology development mode and adaptation process for this APP will be revised. All these may help varied readers to enjoy a life-long learning, mixed-reality library and a well self-learning space. Further the APP may support the children's room at all levels of public library to become a digital learning resource center.
