溫度敏感型高分子薄膜之製法

本專利將羧酸基團經聚合反應轉移至NIPAAm而形成PNIPAAm-COOH,並將之與聚乙二醇及二苯基甲烷二異氰酸鹽製備出具有溫度敏感性之聚胺酯薄膜(Thermosensitive polyurethane, TSPU)。TSPU之膨潤率、去膨潤率及擴散係數,會隨著PNIPAAm-COOH含量的增加而提高,但其機械性質與熱穩定性,並不會隨著PNIPAAm-COOH含量的增加而改變。為了更進一步瞭解TSPU作為敷材時,是否會對人類皮膚產生毒性,我們以細胞存活測定來評估TSPU對人類上皮細胞的影響。而當溫度超過其最低臨界溶液溫度時(37C),TSPU之水氣穿透率為2500g/m2day左右,這已達理想敷材之水準。 Thermosensitive polyurethanes (TSPUs) were prepared by polymerization with polyethylene glycol (PEG), 4, 4’-methylenediphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) and N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAm). NIPAAm has been synthesized first by grafting PNIPAAm-COOH with a single carboxyl group (COOH) before polymerization. The influence of the content of PNIPAAm-COOH on the properties of TSPUs was investigated. The results indicated that the swelling ratio, deswelling ratio and diffusion coefficient of TSPUs were increased with the content of PNIPAAm-COOH, but their mechanical and thermal properties were not changed significantly. The cytotoxicity evaluation shows that TSPUs had no toxicity for human epithelium. In addition, the water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) of TSPUs was about 2500g/m2day at 37 degree C, which is an ideal WVTR for dressing.
