技術說明

一種蛇行傳輸線結構包含第一傳輸線及第二傳輸線。第一傳輸線包含 第一走線部、第二走線部及第三走線部。第二傳輸線包含第四走線部、第 五走線部及第六走線部。第一走線部、第二走線部、第四走線部及第五走 線部均沿第一方向延伸且均具有第一線寬。第三走線部沿第二方向延伸並 電性連接於第一走線部與第二走線部。第六走線部沿第二方向延伸並電性 連接於第四走線部與第五走線部。第三走線部與第六走線部均具有第二線 寬。第二線寬大於第一線寬。第三走線部向第二方向的投影至少部分重疊 於第六走線部向第二方向的投影。 A structure of serpentine transmission line includes a first transmission line and a second transmission line. The first transmission line includes a first line segment, a second line segment and a third line segment. The second transmission line includes a fourth line segment, a fifth line segment and a sixth line segment. All of the first line segment, the second line segment, the fourth line segment and the fifth line segment extend along a first direction and have a first line width.
