鋁基飛灰複合材料之製造方法

利用習知技術所揭示的製造方法製得的鋁基飛灰鑄件,其通常具有過多的孔隙或氣孔,造成其機械性質下降或不佳。有鑑於此,本發明提出一種鋁基飛灰複合材料之製造方法。本發明之製造方法係特別地以浮篩與磁篩的方式完成對飛灰粗篩與精篩處理,接著再將完成預熱的飛灰批次性地添加入熔融狀態的鋁基材內,最後再利用模浸速固法將混有飛灰的鋁熔湯加工成鋁基飛灰鑄件。並且,實驗數據顯示,本發明所提出的鋁基飛灰複合材料之製造方法的確有助於降低鋁基飛灰鑄件的孔隙率並維持或增強其機械性質。 Die castings of aluminum-fly ash (ALFA) composite fabricated by using conventional manufacturing method are measured to have high porosities, and the porosity is further found to be the factor causing the reduction of the mechanical properties of the ALFA die casting. Accordingly, the present invention discloses a method for fabricating aluminum-fly ash composite material. In this fabrication method, floatation-screen technology and magnetic-screen technology are adopted for completing a coarse sizing treatment and a fine sizing treatment of fly ash. Subsequently, the fly ash being pre-heated is added into a melting-state aluminum substrate in several batches, and then a molten soup comprising the melting-state aluminum substrate and the fly ash is eventually processed to an ALFA die casting through mold immersed rapid solidification process (MIRSP). It is worth explaining that, a variety of experimental data have proved that the ALFA die casting produced by using this fabrication method shows lower porosity and better mechanical properties than that of the ALFA die casting alloy produced by using conventional manufacturing method.
