技術說明

本發明是研發全世界第一個具有聚集誘導發光現象的萘酰亞胺螢光水溶性生物探針，我們利用有機合成方法將含氮取代的萘酰亞胺與胜肽分子結合產生新型聚集誘導發光材料，因為包含許多種分子間的弱作用力，因此可以在低濃度條件下展現良好的螢光顯影性質，這樣的胜肽材料可以突破傳統螢光分子探針的使用極限(或限制)以及降低材料成本，此項發明可應用的範圍包含一般細胞顯影、細胞器顯影、藥物載體顯影與癌症細胞顯影及檢測等多種顯影應用。 This invention discovers new fluorescent molecular materials with aggregation-induced emission property. These molecules are amphiphilic with a general structure of mono-substituted naphthalimide and peptide. These materials can reduce the cost compare with the commercial available materials and have various applications, including cell imaging, cell organelle imaging, imaging of drug carriers and cancer cell imaging and detection.
