細胞篩選方法及其套組: 本發明係提供一種用於分選細胞之方法，其包含：提供一幾丁聚醣基材，其中該幾丁聚醣基材 之表面上係具有一酸鹼應答型高分子，於該幾丁聚醣基材之表面上培養一群混合的細胞，藉由不同細胞經由調整培養基之pH值後具有不同的脫附速率，以分選細胞。藉由該方法，幾丁聚醣係可輕易地使自一群細胞中分選出目標細胞，藉以提高細胞純度。幾丁聚醣可提供生技業或臨床診斷簡單有效的分選細胞方法，幾丁聚醣技術移轉可行性高。 The present invention provides a method for fractionating cells comprising: providing a substrate, wherein a surface of said substrate is provided with a pH-responsive polymer; culturing mixed type of cells on said surface of the substrate; and adjusting pH value of a medium for fractionating said cells by their difference of detachment rate. It is easy to fractionate the cells from the attached surface by said method and the purity of attached cells is extremely high.
