技術說明

本發明在混合式固體火箭發動機燃燒室內，使用渦流產生器葉片組來造成渦流叢聚效應，以增強混合效率進而造成氧化劑及分解的固體燃料的燃燒率增加，最終得到整體的固體燃料燒退率的增加及發動機推力性能的增進，並可縮短混合式固體火箭發動機燃燒室的設計長度尺寸。本發明包括的範圍為渦流產生器葉片組的組合：燃燒室環繞一圈4到24片，葉片的裝置軸向攻角為正負5到45度，這葉片組合的流向裝置位置為燃燒室的中心點的上游任何位置。 The present invention utilizes an integrated set of vortex generators in the combustion chamber of hybrid rocket motors to generate cluster of vortical flow structure for mixing enhancement, which gives rise to the increase in combustion efficiency the overall thrust performance. This invention also allows the reduction in combustion chamber langth of hybrid rocket motor designs. The claim of this invention covers the installation of sets of vortex generators in the combustion chamber of hybrid rocket motors with 4 to 24 blades circumferentially for each set of vortex generators and with axial angles of attack of +/- 5 to 45 degrees, the axial installation location is at any location upstream of the mid-section of the combustion chambers.
