技術說明

本發明係揭露一種以臭氧製備羧酸之方法，包含下述步驟：將臭氧於預定溫度、預定壓力及下，通氣至環烷類或苯類中，在照光及不照光之情況下，以獲得烷類二羧酸或苯類羧酸。本發明僅需在常溫常壓下反應，並且不產生有害的副產物，係為簡單、低耗能、及環保的方法; 此研究開創一個全新的綠能反應路徑製造尼龍(Nylon)的前驅物己二酸,反應不僅低耗能、高質能轉換效率, 低汙染, 且不產生會破壞臭氧層及造成地球暖化之一氧化二氮(N2O)笑氣 A method of preparing carboxylic acid with ozone is provided. The method includes: filling the ozone to the cycloalkanes or benzene derivatives in a predetermined temperature and a pre-determined pressure in the presence or absence of light irradiation to generate alkyl dicarboxylic acids or phenyl carboxylic acids. In this invention, the reaction occurs at room temperature and atmospheric pressure. No harmful side products were produced. It is a simple, low-energy consuming and eco-friendly method.
