技術說明

一種可撓式透明電熱膜，包含一基材及分散於該基材的散熱導電材料，該基材選自導電高分子，該散熱導電材料包括多數奈米碳材，及形成於該等奈米碳材表面的金屬導電顆粒，且以該基材及該散熱導電材料的總重量百分比為100 wt%計，該散熱導電材料的重量百分比不大於10 wt%，利用於導電高分子中添加表面具有金屬顆粒的奈米碳材製得的電熱膜，不僅具備透明性及可撓性，且還具有優越的紅外線發射能力及熱傳導速度。XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX This invention provides a flexible transparent thermal conductive film, comprising a substrate and a thermal conductive material. Said substrate made from conductive polymer and said heat conductive material includes nano-carbon material and metallic particles formed on said nano-carbon material. To the substrate and the thermal conductive material percentage of the total weight of 100 wt%, the weight percentage of said thermal conductive material is less than 10wt%. By using nano-carbon material decorated with silver nano-particles as fillers, said flexible transparent thermal conductive film possesses excellent optoelectronic and electrothermal properties.
