技術說明

一種具濾波功能的電磁脈衝防護電路，是由LEMP保護電路與快速反應保護電路組合而成，並在訊 號傳遞路徑上，可串聯一濾波器，除了能用來提供阻抗，而有效防止閃電（LEMP）或其他電子武 器（NEMP、HEMP、PEMP）干擾所造成的電磁脈衝，還可以對於特定的頻率有壓抑效果，藉此可提 高電子元件抵抗電磁脈衝的能力。此外，濾波器底部可由高溫超導材料（HTSC）所構成，當HTSC 材料突然受到電磁脈衝的注入時，即可在很短的時間切換到高電阻狀態，使通過的電流受到限 制，而避免功率系統受到傷害。 An EMP surge protection circuit is disclosed. It comprises of a band pass filter, gas discharge tube and fast response element. This protection circuit can react rapidly with different EMPs such as LEMP, NEMP or ESD surges. It can protect the communication circuit effectively from lightning. It can also protect the electronic facility from being damaged by NEMP or HEMP. In addition the EMP filter can be made by high temperature superconductive material (HTSC). Thus, a sudden huge incident surge can be blocked by the filter, absorbed by the HTSC, shunt by the gas tube and also grounded by fast response elements (TVS MOV). By every means mentioned above, a systematic surge protection can be accomplished through our proposed circuit.
