本計畫由清大團隊(包含清華大學、中央大學、淡江大學、元智大學、食品研究所、台灣科技大學、台灣大學、中原大學、中興大學及交通大學)與長春集團(包含長春人造樹脂廠股份有限公司、長春石油化學股份有限公司及大連化學工業股份有限公司)及上緯企業股份有限公司形成產學大聯盟,共同合作建立工業基礎與前瞻創新技術,在考量經濟、能源、環境、製程安全及社會責任上,充分利用或跳過石化原料及改善製程使之符合永續發展的概念,並使合作企業的產品線更能藉由綠色製程、新型觸媒、生物轉化製程及產品高值化技術的開發,建立及提升技術門檻及符合降低碳足跡及水足跡的要求;同時將所開發的技術再利用CO2以及工業與農業廢棄物,以跳過石化原料生產起始/中間原料,使產業符合永續發展與循環經濟的概念,達到能/資源整合與再利用的目標。 本計畫以總計畫及四分項計畫進行,分別為: 總計畫:策略思考、智財佈局、協調、解決問題、各計畫進度追蹤、經費管控等 分項計畫一:「減碳產氫綠色觸媒製程」 分項計畫二:「生物轉化平台開發及應用」 分項計畫三:「綠色及高值化產品的程序系統工程」 分項計畫四:「高附加價值高分子材料」 This integrated project consisting of many universities and research institute as well as the companies of CCP and Swancor was led by National Tsing Hua University. In this project, fundamental and innovative technologies are intended to be established under the consideration of economics, environment, energy and social responsibility. Through the establishment of the developed technologies including green technologies, novel catalysts, bioconversion, high value added chemicals, and so on, the research capability of CCP and Swancor can be enhanced and carbon/water footprints can be reduced. In addition, the technologies developed for utilization of the captured CO2 and industrial wastes are going to be developed will lead CCP to sustainable development and fulfill the circular economy goals. There are four technical projects are included in this project, include sub-project 1: green catalytic processes for carbon reduction and hydrogen production, sub-project 2: development and applications of bioconversion platform, sub-project 3: green and high-value process system engineering, and sub-project 4: development of high-value polymer products and polymer core research capability.
