技術說明

許多精密設備在機台上具有可移動之載具，會造成機台以隔振系統自然頻率晃動而很慢才會靜 止，往往影響到設備儀器的運作。本系統藉由感測機台振動行為的狀況而隨時改變隔振系統的 阻尼常數，使隔振系統具有軟硬變化的效果，藉以適時有效的消散機台的擾動行為，亦可達到 隔離地板高頻率振動的良好效果。該可變阻尼機構係含括三個部份，最下方為頂面開口之六面體底座，內置黏性流體；中間為另一個上方開口之六面體中間座，內部放置汽壓缸與夾持元件，底部並裝設彈簧使其與下方六面體底座之內底部保持一定的間隙；最上層之上座則固定於受測機台上，該上座同時作為夾持元件之夾持對象。 This invention is a design of adjustable damper and their control system. This control system uses the vibration signals measured by a sensor to generate a control signal that drives this adjustable damper to suppress vibration of machine. The organization of this adjustable damper includes three components. The lower part is the hexahedron base which has built-in stickness fluid. The middle part is a hexahedron within pneumatic cylinder and grasp component. The upper part is installed on the bottom of vibration-controlled machine, and is the grasped target
