心律變異度之量測裝置

可攜式生理訊號擷取系統其功能在生理事件發生時,及時錄取生理各項訊號,分析訊號之意義,且及時示警;可攜式之生理訊號擷取系統除血壓之量測,因量測容易且數據簡單,易於瞭解已普遍為大眾接受外,如、心電圖經多年之推廣無法為消費顧客普遍應用,其原因可以很多,主要原因在於展現之生理資 訊無法為使用者瞭解。本計劃將推動可攜式生理訊號不同之用法,提供老年人與失能者生理訊號量測儀表,提高使用率,發展生理訊號擷取、紀錄、傳輸及實時分析平台。內含著重在建構生理訊號量測、記錄及傳輸平台,實時分析生理參數訊號,實時處理數位心電訊號,監測病患的心率變異度(HRV),及時提供警訊,提供使用者就醫時之參考資料。 We have developed a different application of vital sign monitor. The device was a platform that will be a signal acquisition, communication, storage, and processing system. The proposed device will be incorporating with positioning and behavior observation system to record any event and episode for the user. The project will be focusing in developing the system platform andl be developing the real-time FFT processor and will be implementing in hardware component. In this way, for example, the heart rate variability many be monitored on-line and in real-time and processing alerting signal. In this way, the miscommunication between doctor and patient can be minimized. With the recoded data, the medical tests will be focused and medical expanse can be subdued. In the third year, all developed components will be integrated in a portable vital sign acquisition system with real-time bio-signal processor.
