技術說明

一種具有複合式奈米結構的壓電薄膜，包含以壓電聚合物為主的材料所構成的基材且成β晶相，基材包括具有相反之第一、二基面的底部，及形成於第一基面的複合式奈米結構，複合式奈米結構具有多數凸部及多數奈米柱，凸部由第一基面往遠離第二基面的方向凸伸，第一基面與凸部的頂面構成一表面，奈米柱自表面往遠離第二基面的方向凸伸。本發明還有觸控感測裝置，包括上述之壓電薄膜及電極單元，電極單元包括形成於第二基面的第一電極及疊置於壓電薄膜以與複合式奈米結構接觸的第二電極且第二電極與壓電薄膜間藉複合式奈米結構界定出空隙。 A kind of a piezoelectric thin film with a complex nano-structure, and which includes a substrate formed of piezoelectric polymer of β type, the substrate comprises a bottom region with opposite the first and the second base-face, and a complex nano-structure formed in the first base-face, and the complex nano-structure comprises a plurality of protrusions and a plurality of nanograsses. The invention further includes a touch sensor apparatus, including the piezoelectric thin film and a electrode unit, the electrode unit comprises the first electrode formed on the second base-face, and the second electrode stacked on the piezoelectric thin film to connect with the complex nano-structure, and there is space between the secondelectrode and the piezoelectric thin film.
