技術說明

一種組裝型摩擦攪拌熔接工具，包含：一第一機件，具有一調整件及一沿軸向設置之第一容置孔，該調整件之ㄧ端穿伸至該第一容置孔中；一第二機件，具有一沿軸向貫穿設置之通孔及一第二容置孔，該第二機件接合於該第一機件；一第一摩擦件，穿置於該第一容置孔與該通孔及該第二容置孔，該第一摩擦件之一端被該調整件抵接，另一端凸伸出該第二容置孔；一彈性復位組件，設置於該第一摩擦件與該第二機件之間，且抵接於該第一摩擦件；及一第二摩擦件，具有一沿軸向貫穿之通孔，該第二摩擦件設置於該第二容置孔中，且其另一端凸伸出該第二容置孔，該通孔供該第一摩擦件穿置，且使該第一摩擦件與該第二摩擦件之二端面為共平面。 An assembled friction stir welding tool includes a first machine component with an adjustment part and a first hole along the axial direction, where one end of an adjustment part passes through this hole; a second machine component with a through hole along the axial direction and a second hole, where the second machine component is assembled with the first one; a first friction part passes through the first hole, a through hole, and the second hole, where one end of the first friction part is in contact with the adjustment part and another end stretches out this second hole; an elastic component for the reset position is located between the first and second friction parts and in contact with the first friction part; and a second friction part with a through hole along the axial direction, where the second friction part is set in the second hole, and another end stretches out the second hole.
