技術說明

一種視訊中滾動文字之偵測及移除方法，其中：以暫態差值處理對視訊進行圖框計算，該用調適性計算尋找前第N張圖框 與目前圖框 有足夠滾動文字信息，並由相差求得圖框差值，於圖框差值 大於調適性臨界值時判斷目前圖框 有滾動文字，再將滾動文字處以相同位置之前第N張圖框 內插取代目前圖框 ，藉此達到隱藏視訊中滾動文字之目的，俾以提高其觀看效果。 本發明為運用在電視視訊中滾動文字位置偵測方法，並能有效從畫面中移除方法，可讓使用者選擇滾動文字是否被隱藏，可移除不要滾動文字信息。利用暫態處理技術，可有效偵測視訊中滾動文字位置，並可視靜止文字為背景，再利用空間方法使處理準確度提升。 Roll detecting and examining and removing the method of the characters in a video-information .Until the intersection of attitude and difference deal with, carry on frame calculate to video-information temporarily, should with adjust getting right to calculate, look for the first N a frame information of the characters with the frame at present enough, and is tried to get frame difference by difference.
