心臟狀態量測之可攜式裝置及其方法

本發明揭示一種偵測心臟機電生理狀態之可攜式量測裝置及其方法,其係利用量測裝置之感測單元,即時同步偵測心臟之心電圖(Electrocardiogram, ECG)訊號與心震圖(Seismocardiogram, SCG)訊號,接著再透過可攜式量測裝置內的處理器及演算法,計算後產生機電生理狀態評估數值,並經由可攜式量測裝置內的傳輸單元,以無線傳輸介面連接,傳送並即時顯示心臟機電生理評估數值至消費型電子裝置上。藉此讓使用者可隨時、隨地、隨動及隨身監控心臟機電生理狀態,並可即時了解心臟是否有異常情況者。 This invention is regarding the portable monitoring device for monitoring the cardiac electro-mechanical physiological responses and providing early warning for heart abnormalities. These cardiac electro-mechanical physiological responses including real-time synchronized Electrocardiogram (ECG) and Seismocardiogram (SCG) signals. By using central processing unit and mathematical algorithms embedded in this portable monitoring device, the cardiac electro-mechanical assessment information such as feature points, cardiac time intervals and biomarkers can be calculated. After that, the cardiac electro-mechanical assessment information can be transmitted through wireless communication unit to an external consumer electronic unit. The abnormalities of cardiac electro-mechanical behavior can be detected by this portable monitoring device for cardiovascular disease patients in home environment.
