技術說明

現行之衛星光學鏡頭校焦器分依作動方式為兩型：加熱校焦器及機構校焦器，前者利用結構熱漲冷縮之原理進行光學鏡頭調校，後者運用精密馬達並搭配轉動機構進行調校；而前者因加熱控制不易，且有局部加熱而造成其它構件變形之疑慮，後者則因重量不易減輕而影響光學望遠鏡之整體結構勁度，兩者皆有不易克服之問題存在。 本發明係在於運用陶瓷壓電材料所製造之校焦器的變形提供衛星光學鏡頭的在軌調校，校焦器可分別位於在第一光學鏡片與第一固定架之間，或第二光學鏡片與第二固定架之間，校焦器可依控制訊號產生x、y、z方向的形變，而使得第一光學鏡片或第二光學鏡片於控制的方向產生位移，進而達到光學焦距微調的目的。 The present invention is to use the refocusing device made of ceramic piezoelectric material to adjust optical distortion. The refocusing device can be located between the main mirror and its supporting bracket, or between the second mirror and its supporting bracket. The refocusing device can generate varied deformations in x, y, z direction separately according to the control signals, so that the attitude of main mirror or the second mirror can be changed to achieve optical fine tuning purpose.
