技術說明

本發明係有關於一種可有效率評估不同皮膚組織深度之光學特性(吸收與散射)，並獲得生理組織的功能性參數之光學系統與方法。本發明利用一套近紅外光偵測系統，量測皮膚之漫反射光，並進一步處理所量得之數據，以獲得皮膚之血紅素、水、膠原蛋白濃度。偵測系統主要包含：近紅外光光源、光偵測器、量測皮膚的介面裝置。所得到的皮膚漫反射光，可利用擴散理論與比爾定律，進一步擷取皮膚之膠原蛋白濃度資訊。本發明可獲得皮膚組織吸收與散射性質之分佈資訊。本發明能藉由不同方向之生理參數濃度以用於皮膚相關疾病之檢測與皮膚美容效果之評估。 The present invention relates to an optical system capable of measuring the skin near infrared reflectance for evaluating properties of skin. The present invention also relates to a method for calculating chromophore concentrations, including hemoglobin, water, lipid, and collagen, and the scattering coefficient of skin. The method of the present invention can further evaluate the skin disease and the efficacy of skin cosmetic treatments by the derived physiological parameters.
