技術說明

F/V轉換器(頻率-電壓轉換器)為一種將脈波頻率轉換為電壓的裝置。電壓的大小與脈波頻率成正比。該裝置廣泛應用於電動機的轉速偵測，伺服電動機旋轉時，需要轉速的回授。通常回授都藉由編碼器產生的脈波來反應轉速。在旋轉一週時，產生數十至數百個脈波，藉由偵測這些脈波，可以得知此時的位置或轉速。本文開發一組F/V模組。改善目前市售F/V的缺點。採用R-2R作為類比輸出。該作品可以對瞬間的頻率作即時反應。有助於量測電動機的暫態響應。在穩態時，本作品不會產生多餘的漣波影響量測的結果。該作品在量測精確度上都遠較於市售的F/V更優良的表現。 F / V converter is a device which converses the frequency of pulse to a voltage level. The level of the voltage is proportional to the frequency of pulse. The device is widely used in motor speed detection. When a servo motor is rotating, the speed feedback is needed. The feedback speed is usually formed as pulses by the encoder to represent speed. In a revolution, the encoder produces tens to hundreds of pulse wave. By detecting the pulse wave, the location or speed can be found. This article develops a set of F / V module, which can improve the shortcomings of the current commercially available F / V module. The R-2R circuit is used as the analog-digital converter. This work cans immediately response the instantaneous frequency. It helps to measure the transient response of the motor. At steady state, the results of this work will not produce excess ripple to affect the measurement. On measurement, this work has much higher accuracy than the commercially available F / V converter.
