技術說明

一種燃料電池模組之鎖合裝置包含一固定體、一第一端體、一摩擦力減少機構以及一第二端體。第一端體具有一第一螺紋結構。摩擦力減少機構位於固定體與第一端體之間。第二端體具有一第二螺紋結構。第一端體與第二端體藉由第一螺紋結構與第二螺紋結構相互螺合，且固定體係固定於第一端體與第二端體。本發明藉由以旋轉方式進行鎖合之鎖合裝置，解決應力不均的問題，並避免燃料電池模組變形及漏氣的現象產生，並且藉由本發明之鎖合裝置，可控制燃料電池模組所受到的應力及間距，並簡化組裝步驟。 A locking apparatus of a fuel cell module includes a stationary body, a first end body, a friction-decreasing mechanism and a second end body. The first end body has a first thread structure. The friction-decreasing mechanism is disposed between the stationary body and the first end body. The second end body has a second thread structure. The first end body and the second end body are connected by the first and second thread structures, and the stationary body is fixed to the first and second end bodies. Due to the operation of rotation, the locking apparatus of the invention can solve the problem of uneven stress so as to avoid distortion of the fuel cell module and gas leaking. Besides, by the locking apparatus of the invention, the stress applied to the fuel cell module and the pitch thereof can be controlled, and the assembly can be simplified significantly.
