水果瘀傷自動檢視系統

本發明之水果瘀傷自動檢視系統基本上包括有:一輸送單元、一光源產生單元、一影像擷取單元、一影像處理單元,以及一中央控制單元;主要在中央控制單元之整合運作下,由輸送單元將受測蔬果送至作業區域至定位後,由光源產生單元係用以朝作業區域照射預定波長之螢光激發光,接著由影像擷取單元擷取蔬果的螢光影像,再由影像處理單元透過影像處理分析出瘀傷部位,達到使用葉綠素螢光影像進行蔬果瘀傷辨識之目的;尤其,配合輸送單元之運作可達到線上化自動瘀傷檢視之效果,進而能夠快速分級出蔬果之品質。 This invention is to develop an automatic on-line bruise detection system for fruit using fluorescence image. All system is include a conveying unit, a excitation light sources unit, a fluorescent image acquisition unit, a fluorescent image processing unit, a central control unit. All system units are running as integrated operation. The conveying unit is used for fixing revolving tray, conveying, revolving tray positioning locate at detection area, and then the excitation light sources unit will supply the radiofluorescence as maximum value on operation area at dark room. Subsequently, the bruise image will be analyzed via processing unit and the fluorescent image acquisition unit to reached the goal of fruits and vegetable bruising detection by using chlorophyll fluorescence detection method. Furthermore, all system units are combined with conveyer, this system can achieve the goal of automatic on-line bruise detection and grading the quality of fruits and vegetables very fast.
