技術說明

液靜壓軸承具備高承載力、高剛性、高阻尼與低摩擦等特性，故為精密機械產業的一項重要關鍵組件。本專利為一款創新的主動式補償節流器，此主動式補償節流器，可以隨負載調整流入軸承油腔的流量，使液靜壓軸承具備理論上初始無窮大剛性之可能，並可提供極大的承載能力，此設計更將振動抑制列入考慮。此創新主動式補償節流器與液靜壓軸承單向墊油腔進行模組化設計，使其具有製造與組裝容易之特色。更因模組化之設計，節流器與液靜壓軸承不需要油管連接，相較傳統之做法，當受動態外力負載時，較無反應時間延遲的問題。 The hydrostatic bearing has been a critical key sub-system for precision machinery because of its superior characteristics of high load-bearing capacity, high stiffness, high damping, and low friction. This patent is about a restrictor with the property of auto-control of the flow rate through the hydrostatic bearing pocket. This innovative design is called “self-sensing compensating restrictor.” The restrictor can be further integrated with the bearing pad to form a module. This design not only possesses the characteristics of high load-bearing capacity, high stiffness, high damping and low friction, but also features the advantages of high dynamic response, and simplicity for both manufacture and assembly.
