醫用影像顯像互動操控方法與系統

本案提出一種醫用影像顯像互動操控方法與系統,主要包括:(1)物件影像互動模組、(2)肢體動作感測模組、(3)動作軌跡穩態處理機制、以及(4)連續性動作比對模組,透過連結身體動作感應器、虛擬或實際斷層掃描立體物件影像及顯示裝置來同步偵測與進行醫學立體影像的操控;透過感測訊號靜動態的分析及穩態濾波處理,將連續動作訊號轉換成一連串的近似穩態區段,再針對每一近穩態區段進行軌跡相似度比對;在判讀操作者動作之前,本發明會先緩衝儲存感測器訊號並同時在短時間區間內判斷有無異常值或背景光源干擾出現,再予以進行濾波平滑穩態化處理,以提升系統對動作判讀的準確性。透過本案之申請,讓醫護人員在判讀或解釋時,能夠對於欲處理之醫學影像進行更精準的操作,且具體達成非接觸式的臨床設備操作。 This invention proposes an augmented reality oriented method and its system for interactive animation control of medical Images. The system includes: 1) interaction module for object images; 2) limb movement detection module; 3) stationary processing method for motion trajectory; and 4) continuous movement pattern matching module. The integration and connection with motion sensors, object images and display devices was achieved to perform the manipulation in clinical practice. With the signal analysis and filtering processing, the sensor signals are segmented into a sequence of static and dynamic segments. The dynamic segments are then recognized by comparing the collected motion control patterns. In addition, the interference of background lights and shot noise are also reduced and smoothed for more accurate pattern recognition. The developed system will help medical professionals effectively improve the benefits of the manipulation of medical images.
