技術說明

本發明係提供一種血壓量測裝置及其方法，其方法係事先以量測心臟與橈動脈所分別取得的特徵點和血流脈衝峰值之血流流動時間，以及藉由量測收縮壓(由血壓計測得)來算出兩者之比例關係。後續只需量測出血流流動時間，即可來預測血壓相對值。本發明揭露了量測心臟與橈動脈特徵點和血流脈衝峰值之方法，並定義出血流流動時間，並從而計算出血流流動時間與收縮壓之比例關係，進而提出由血流流動時間來預測收縮壓之方法。此裝置，可以改善一般傳統血壓計無法長時間且連續的監控血壓，導致無法隨時了解心血管系統之健康程度的問題。 This invention is a novel design of blood pressure measurement and its method. The method is to measure the feature points in heart beat and radial artery for the peak of blood flow and calculate the Pulse Flow Time (PFT). Then to find the ratio between the PFT and the measured systolic blood pressure. After that, this device can derive the systolic blood pressure only by measuring the PFT. This invention discloses how the feature points of the peak blood flow can be measured from heart and radial artery, defines the Pulse Flow Time (PFT), and calculated the ration between PFT and systolic blood pressure. Hence, propose a method to predict systolic blood pressure with PFT. This device can resolve the issue of continuous blood pressure monitoring in conventional sphygmomanometer and hence would not be able to understand the condition of cardiovascular system with the conventional sphygmomanometer.
