技術說明

本發明是有關於衍生自雞貧血病毒(chicken anemia virus, CAV) VP2蛋白質的細胞核定位信號胜肽(nuclear localization signal peptides)，其包含有一以下列式(I)來表示的胺基酸序列的至少前6個胺基酸殘基： Lys-Arg-Ala-X1-X2-X3-Leu-Asp-Tyr (I) 其中X1、X2以及X3各自獨立地為一丙胺酸、離胺酸或精胺酸。該細胞核定位信號胜肽能夠將一被選定的效應物(effector)[例如，核酸、蛋白質、胜肽、藥學活性試劑(pharmaceutically active agents)以及化學物質(chemical substances)等]輸送至一細胞的細胞核內，因而具有供應用於製藥、生物技術以及基因工程等產業領域上的潛力。 Disclosed herein are nuclear localization signal peptides derived from chicken anemia virus (CAV) VP2 protein, which comprising at least the first six amino acid residues of an amino acid sequence represented by formula (I): Lys-Arg-Ala-X1-X2-X3-Leu-Asp-Tyr (I) wherein each of X1, X2 and X3 respectively is alanine, lysine or arginine. Said nuclear localization signal peptides are able to transport a chosen effector to the nucleus of a cell.
