藥用載體及其製備方法與用途

本發明係為以生物性材料製備藥物載體,其可包覆抗胃幽門螺旋桿菌之藥物,其所得到奈米載體為用於抗胃潰瘍之藥物載體使用。所製備的藥物載體可達到標的性、酸鹼敏感性、藥物釋放性及抗胃幽門螺旋桿菌和加速胃潰瘍癒合等,為多功能性藥物載體。該藥物載體可具奈米大小。該藥物載體係包含一正電荷及一負電荷之生物材料。該所製備出奈米載體為一可包覆抗胃幽門螺旋桿菌之抗生素或中草藥萃取物。在動物實驗上做進一步深入的探討,將所製備出奈米藥物載體,進行動物實驗胃潰瘍癒合分析結果,得知奈米藥物載體胃潰瘍癒合情況遠比市售單獨使用抗生素更具有良好效果。 In our invention, a platform technology in developing drugn incorporated in drug carrier composed of positive and negative biopolymers is proposed for eradication of targeting Helicobacter pylori. The prepared drug carrier sizes were composed of nano size which were encapsulated anti-biotic drug or herbal pure compound to prevent H. pylori invasion. Furthemore, the drug carriers encapsulated anti-biotic drugs and herbal pure compound In animal study, we used the prepared drug carrier composite chitosan and heparin to encapsulate antibiotic to make the gastric ulcer animal mode observation. And based on the results, we could find that our fabricated drug carrier was had better ability in healing gastric ulcer compared to the only pure antibiotic drug.
