技術說明

本發明係揭露一種有機發光二極體及其製造方法，其包含一第一電極、一第一電洞傳輸層、一第二電洞傳輸層、一第一發光層、一電子傳輸層、一電子注入層及一第二電極。第一電洞傳輸層係設於第一電即上，第二電洞傳輸層係設於第一電洞傳輸層上。第一發光層係設於第二電洞傳輸層上，且第一發光層於最低為佔據軌域之能階小於第二電洞傳輸層之能階。電子傳輸層係設於第一發光層上，電子注入層係設於電子傳輸層上，而第二電極則設於電子注入層上。其中，第一電洞傳輸層的厚度係大於第二電洞傳輸層的厚度。 The present invention discloses an organic light emitting diode (OLED) and a manufacturing method thereof. The OLED comprises a first electrode, a first hole-transporting layer disposed on the first electrode, a second hole-transporting layer disposed on the first hole-transporting layer, a first light-emitting layer disposed on the second hole-transporting layer, an electron-transporting layer disposed on the electron-transporting layer and a second electrode disposed on the electron injection layer. The energy level of the first light-emitting layer is lower than the energy level of the second hole-transporting layer in the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO), and the thickness of the first hole-transporting layer is higher than the thickness of the second hole-transporting layer.
