仿肺部裝置、人體肺部模擬系統、模擬人體肺部呼吸的方法與模擬物質在人體肺部沉積的系統及方法

一種仿肺部裝置包含第一液體容置層、第一彈性膜、氣體流道層、第二彈性膜以及第二液體容置層。第一液體容置層於外表面設置液體入口、液體出口及氣流口,並於內表面設置第一液腔。氣體流道層包含複數個通道與複數個仿肺泡區,仿肺泡區與通道連通,所述通道模擬人體肺部第15代至第19代的分枝結構,所述仿肺泡區模擬人體肺部第20代至第23代的分枝結構。第二液體容置層於內表面設置第二液腔。藉此,仿肺部裝置在結構上與人體肺部近似,可作為模擬肺部的體外試驗裝置,而可減少動物試驗,並可獲得與人體相關的對應資訊。 An imitating lung device includes a first liquid accommodating layer, a first elastic member, an airway layer, a second elastic member and a second liquid accommodating layer. A liquid inlet, a liquid outlet and a gas vent are disposed on an outer surface of the first liquid accommodating layer, and a first liquid chamber is formed in an inner surface of the first liquid accommodating layer. The airway layer includes a plurality of air channels and a plurality of imitating alveolar regions. The imitating alveolar regions are communicated with the air channels. The air channels simulate a branched structure of the 15th generation to the 19th generation of a human lung, the imitating alveolar regions simulate a branched structure of the 20th generation to the 23th generation of the human lung. A second liquid chamber is formed in an inner surface of the second liquid accommodating layer. As such, the structure of the imitating lung device is similar to that of the human lung, and the imitating lung device can be used as an in vitro device for simulating human lung. Therefore, animal experiments can be reduced, and information corresponding to human body can be obtained.
