技術說明

一種金屬離子檢測設備及金屬離子檢測方法。金屬離子檢測設備包括多孔矽共振腔結構、電化學裝置以及光譜量測裝置。樣品液滲入多孔矽共振腔結構中。電化學裝置可將多孔矽共振腔結構中的樣品液的待測金屬離子還原成待測金屬。光譜量測裝置量測來自多孔矽共振腔結構的反射光的光譜變化。本發明提出一種金屬離子檢測設備，其包括多孔矽共振腔結構、電化學裝置以及光譜量測裝置。樣品液滲入多孔矽共振腔結構中。電化學裝置將多孔矽共振腔結構中的樣品液的待測金屬離子還原成待測金屬。光譜量測裝置量測來自多孔矽共振腔結構的反射光的光譜變化。 A metal ion detection equipment and a metal ion detection method are provided. The metal ion detection equipment includes a porous silicon resonant cavity structure, an electrochemical device and a spectrometer. A sample solution permeates into the porous silicon resonant cavity structure. A metal ion to be detected of the sample solution in the porous silicon resonant cavity structure is reduced into a metal to be detected by the electrochemical device. The spectrometer detects a spectral variation of the reflective light from the porous silicon resonant cavity structure.
