技術說明

本發明係基於非可預期地發現部分苯并咪唑化合物具有強抗癌活性、抗血小板活性、及抗血栓活性，以及用於治療心血管及腦血管疾病之治療功效。 因此，本發明係關於苯并咪唑化合物及其用於治療癌症、以及心血管及腦血管疾病之用途。此外，茲發現該等化合物具有抗血小板活性及抗血栓活性。 本發明係關於一種式(I)之苯并咪唑化合物： 苯并咪唑結構(I)， 其中R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、X、Y、Z1、及Z2於本文中定義。亦揭示包含該等苯并咪唑化合物之醫藥組合物，其係作為抗血小板或抗血栓劑，或用於治療癌症、或是心血管及腦血管疾病。 Benzimidazole compounds have potent anticancer activity, antiplatelet activity, and antithrombotic activity, and for the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases therapeutic efficacy. Thus, this invention relates to benzimidazole compounds and their use in cancer treatment, and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases purposes. In addition, it is found that these compounds have antiplatelet activity and antithrombotic activity. Benzimidazole compounds of formula (I): benzimidazole derivatives(I), wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, X, Y, Z1, and Z2 are defined herein. Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising the benzimidazole compounds for use as an antiplatelet or antithrombotic agent, or for use in the treatment of cancer, or cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
